  4. Aspen Institute 报告又给无限期延长禁止逼迁造势,说预期到年底前会有43%租客,就是4000万租客被逼迁,几天时间从之前预测2800万跳到4000万,这个完全BS
    我们自己经验是目前湾区需要考虑逼迁的是0%,异地从二月开始到现在都维持是5%,都是合理范围内,全国来看了不起10-15%
