- younger generation have tougher time WFH vs babyboomers
- 90% of employees said they felt trusted by their bosses to perform tasks via WFH
- Human connecrion ans bonding are solely missed
- Corp culture and learning/OBJ are tougher to achieve
- sales/R&D teams have most of challenges
- 75% of employees expect to get flexible working option from emoloyers after return to work
- offices will need to be redesigned，lower density and more for team bonding and connectivity
- cluster of smaller offices close to where employees live might be more popular
- No doubt some fundamental shifts in future office space is upon us，just a matter of how much changes
